Style Redux charges a flat shipping rate of $10 on single items of clothing in addition to the cost of the item for all clothing plus taxes. Exceptions apply to wedding gowns. Where a wedding gown is being shipped we will obtain a quote from the shipping carrier and email the customer with the actual cost of shipping in addition to cost of dress and any taxes. This is as a result of size of box or packaging needed to safely ship a wedding gown. Where multiple gowns or items are ordered additional shipping costs may apply exceeding the $10 flat rate.
Shipping Policy
All products will be shipped via UPS or USPostal Service depending on the cheaper of the 2. This is at the discretion of Style Redux to obtain a quote and determine the more economical shipping method. Where a wedding dress is being shipped we will obtain insurance on the merchandise to cover loss, stolen or damaged product. This does not apply to any other merchandise. Tracking will be obtained from the carrier and emailed to the customer.

All our clothing will be wrapped in packaging paper, then wrapped in plastic packaging and then packed in either soft pack or box depending on the product being shipped. The double layer of package wrap is to protect the clothing from damage as a result of shipping or weather conditions.
