Style Redux sales are final. We are a reseller of upcycled gently worn clothing. We attempted to provide a true representation of your purchase through our website by providing multiple images of the item in its current state while in our possession. We are providing quality, gently worn, articles of clothing and therefore was previously owned by someone else. We attempt to portray the quality in its current state but that is subjective given the items were previously owned.
Refund Policy
Please know and understand that all purchases through Style Redux are final. However, with our special occassion or wedding dresses, where we are shipping the dress we may/will obtain shipping insurance to cover the value of the dress. Should an item be lost in transit we would require proof of the lost shipment from the freight carrier and would submit a claim to the carrier. In those instances a refund would be provided to the customer but only after the claim is fulfilled by the carrier. We cannot guarantee a timeline but would provide details of the claim to the customer. Refund would only be provided following the completion and payment on the claim.
